  • Hair fibers, powders, sprays, or dyes once opened

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact orderbd customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

Return requests without proper evidence may be rejected.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for wrong or defective items

  • Replacement products will be shipped after verification

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
